Input the required number of SOIs here. By pressing the ‘return’ key, the value of your goods in the shopping cart will automatically reflect your order quantity.

By clicking on “Go to checkout”, you advance to the next step in the order process.

How to order

The order process takes no more than five steps. Once entries are completed, clicking on “Continue” takes you to the next step. Clicking on “Back” returns you to the previous input screen mask. On the right hand side of the page is “Your order status” where you can quickly and easily monitor your entire order in itemised form.

Ordering in five steps:

  1. Invoice details: Please state your invoice address and your e-mail address. Please ensure that you use a valid e-mail address. This address is used for processing your order and contains important purchase and billing information. The required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Once the required fields are completed, it is possible to advance to the next step. In the first input screen mask you have the option of stating a different delivery address; in this case please be sure to tick the box “Send to different address”.
  2. Delivery details: This input screen mask appears only if you activated the “Send to different address” box on the previous input screen mask “Invoice details”. Please state the required address for delivery. Please note that a faulty delivery address may cause return of goods to us. Should the transportation company return the goods dispatched to us, since it was not possible to deliver them to the recipient, the Client shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.
  3. Delivery charges: Here you can see your relevant postal charges. Charges vary according to country stated in your delivery address.
  4. Payment details: Please select your preferred method of payment by ticking the appropriate box. Methods of payment are: prepayment, sofortbanking, or PayPal.
  5. Order overview: You can see in this final step an overall view of your order entries: quantities, description of products selected, value of goods, delivery charges, invoicing address, delivery address and method of payment. Please check accuracy of all entries made and read carefully the General Terms and Conditions and Notice of Cancellation . It is only possible to e-mail your completed order to us once you have accepted the General Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box. By submitting an order by means of clicking “order with obligation to pay”, the customer gives a binding offer to conclude purchase on the selected goods.

We will acknowledge receipt of your purchase order by e-mail. If you have selected “Prepayment” as your method of payment, this order confirmation will also contain the necessary information to make prepayment.
Following receipt of payment we will send a second e-mail to you containing your receipt as proof of purchase.

Delivery time:

Delivery time is expected to be 1-2 weeks but may vary depending on country. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Please consider a longer delivery period on public holidays or before christmas.
